WR Sydney is a joint venture between China Wuyi Co., Ltd and Rudder Group. In April 2017, the two groups signed a long-term strategic cooperation agreement and established WR Sydney. They went on to develop 9-25 Commonwealth Street in the Central Business District of Sydney and have been working to expand in overseas investment ever since.

China Wuyi Industrial Co., Ltd. is a company exclusively set up by the Fujian Construction Engineering Group Corporation; a capital, technology, and management-intensive large-scale enterprise with a focus on real estate investment and development and export. The company’s shares were listed and traded on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 1997 (code 000797).

Founded in 2010, Rudder Group is committed to the development and management of real estate and ancillary facilities. Its projects are currently located in Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra. Rudder Group focuses on the local Australian market and carefully selects projects with their extensive development experience.
