The project is situated at Nanbin Road of South Bank Region in Chongqing City, consisting mainly of riverfront foreign-style houses and river-view high-rises. With the planned Yangjiagang Forest Park at the back, it looks out to Yuzhong Peninsula across the Yangtze River while overlooking the merging rivers, the “one tree” viewing deck, the Lao Jun Cavern--a Taoist shrine and Grand Gold Eagle. Within and around the project, there exists a lot of historic and cultural heritage, such as Longmen Haoyue, British Brunner Mond foreign firm, Baoen Pagoda, Juelin Temple, Rice Market Street and Qingshui River. Conveniently nearby the project are traffic facilities such as Dongshuimen Bridge, Qiansimen Bridge, Caotianmen Bridge, No. 6 Route of Light Rail, city belt rail and Twin River Tunnel.
